Refund Returns, Refund and Returns Policy for Marketing Agency

 This policy governs the terms and conditions related to refunds returns for our online digital marketing and SEO services, provided through three distinct service packages: Basic, Standard, and Premium.

 

Overview

Our refund policy is applicable for 24-Hour after your order is placed. If more than 24-Hour have passed, we cannot offer a full refund.

 

Eligibility for Refund Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been started or partially completed. You must request a refund within 24-Hour of purchasing one of our packages.

Once a service has begun or reports have been delivered, we are unable to issue a Refund Returns. For example, if an SEO campaign or digital marketing strategy has already been executed, a refund cannot be requested.

 

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

Any services that have been initiated, such as SEO work or marketing campaign management
Customized reports, audits, or strategies that have been delivered
Consultation sessions that have been held, either live or via email
Any part of a service that has already been used or partially delivered

Refund Returns Process

Once your Refund Returns request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Note: If any VAT, payment gateway fees, or transaction fees are applicable to the refund process, the customer will be solely responsible for bearing these charges. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount as required by payment processors or financial institutions.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Refunds may take a few days to reflect. If you still haven’t received the refund, please contact your credit card provider or bank.

Sale Packages

Only regularly priced packages are eligible for a Refund Returns. Promotional packages or discounted offers are not refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for services. If the service provided does not meet the agreed terms, we will review the issue and provide appropriate credit for future services or a modified service package.

 

Service Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the service, we offer revisions within the terms of the package purchased. Please contact us within 7 days for revision requests.

Shipping Returns (for physical items, if applicable)

In case any physical materials (such as reports or documents) were provided, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return them. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

Note: If any VAT, customs duties, or taxes are applicable to the return process, the customer will be fully responsible for these charges. The company will not bear any costs related to taxes, VAT, or customs fees for the return or refund of any physical items.
